Being completely natural and free from synthetic coatings, light surface marks may appear with early use. These are part of the leather’s natural breaking-in process.
For Light Scuffs
Gently rub the mark with the clean, warm pad of your thumb in a circular motion. The natural oils within the buffalo hide help the scratch blend and fade.
For Deeper Marks
Avoid scrubbing or harsh treatment. As the leather naturally darkens and develops its vintage character, these marks will become part of its unique story.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Moisture & Light
Keep your leather piece away from water, heavy moisture, and prolonged direct sunlight.
Liquid Spills
If the leather gets wet, gently blot with a soft, dry cloth. Allow it to air dry naturally, away from artificial heat sources.
Cleaning
Dust regularly with a clean and soft cloth.
Avoid
Keep away from alcohol-based cleaners, hand sanitisers, perfumes, harsh chemicals, and abrasive surfaces.
Storage
Store in the breathable fabric dust bag in a cool, dry place. Never store in plastic.
WARRANTY
Your product includes a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.
Covered
Craftsmanship defects in stitching, hardware, and structure.
Repairs
Two complimentary repairs are provided during the warranty period. Additional repairs are available at a nominal charge, depending on the product condition and repair requirement.
Not Covered
Natural leather variations, scratches, stains, water damage, fading, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Natural leather develops a unique patina over time. Marks and variations are part of its character and reflect its journey.
