1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only in India. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its journey.

6. Are your bags waterproof?
Most of our bags are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain exposure to maintain their quality.

7. Do your bags come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a standard 12 months warranty covering manufacturing defects.

8. How do I care for my bag?
Clean your bag with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing. Use a cotton dust bag for storing. 

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing or shipping.

10. Do you offer gift packaging?
We currently don't provide gift packaging.
